Our Infrastructure includes state of the art in-house laboratory equipped with the best equipments and is managed by well qualified Microbiologists and Chemists. Every batch is subjected to stringent quality checks right from the raw material in-take to the niche product. Each and every stage of processing is monitored strictly. A sample of each product from each batch is analyzed and stored until expiry for observation. On-line quality check is also enhanced with continuous training imparted to people concerned at the shop floor. Complete log sheets are maintained for internal analysis and traceability reasons.

Quality of Raw Milk, does matters!!!!

We have developed a unique, totally transparent and one of the strongest milk procurement base in our region to procure the best quality raw milk available. Some of the salient features are listed below.

  • The milk is collected directly from the farmers with wide network of milk collection stations, where the milk is analyzed with Eco milk analyzer to ensure the best quality.
  • The test parameters and quantity of milk with respective price and total payable amount is displayed for each farmer and a printed slip with the same data is given to the farmer.
  • We pay the best possible price of milk thus procured to gain the loyalty and reputation among the farmers.
  • Our farmers are being effectively trained by our procurement team to ensure hygienic milk production and the milk procured is free from antibiotics & adulteration.
  • We are maintaining comprehensive cold chain for milk procurement such as bulk milk coolers at the collection stations and chilling centers with 30 km radius from collection stations.
  • The milk is chilled to 4 degree celsius immediately when it reaches the chilling center.
  • To further retain the inherent properties of milk upto our manufacturing facility we have a fleet of insulated tankers with various capacities to take care of cold chain.
  • The raw milk collected from farmers is being processed within 4 to 4.5 hours from the time of milking.
